Insurans Vs Takaful

Erm.. Boringnye entry... Hahahahahaha! Tp, erm.. ni informasi yg mungkin berguna pd kawan2 yg mgkn nak apply utk satu2 polisi insurans atau takaful. Apa beza takaful dgn insurans? Ada beza ke? hahahahaha! Sy pun baru tau sminggu lepas ade beza rupanya..Time kasih kat pakcik sudi bg penerangan free selama 2 jam. Hahahaha! Wpun Takaful = Insurans (Takaful in arabic) tp membawa pengertian berbeza di Msia. Kat Msia ni kalau Takaful maksudnya Insurans berlandaskan Syariah. Mengikut kata pasar kite la.. maksudnya, insurans ni berasaskan konsep Islamik dan tidak ada riba yg di jalankan ke atasnya. Berbeza dgn insurans which originated dari Omputih yg diragui sumber kewangannya.

Ok, mari bercerita pasal insurans. Contoh kes : En.XX; berumur 25 tahun; mempunyai polisi insurans sbyk 100k dgn tempoh matang 10 tahun dgn salah sebuah kampeni insurans di Msia. Monthly = 150rm (1 rider + perlindungan diri + saving). Maka; byrla En.XX setiap bulan 150rm. Jika dikatakan En.XX ni dlm masa 3 bulan je die ditakdirkan telah tiada di dunia ini.. maka kampeni insurans die akan byr perlindungan diri die hnylah 15-20% dari nilai sebenar kerana tempoh matang nye belum cukup. Jika dia tiada di sebab kan oleh kemalangan dan secara kebetulan rider yg die bw adalah kemalangan diri bernilai 30k, maka waris die akan dpt additional 10%dari nilai rider itu dari kampeni insurans ni. Sebab musabab byrn penuh tidak diterima adalah tidak begitu pasti oleh sy kerana sy x bace sdr polisi ni.. (ckp orang kadang2 xle percaye kene bace juge) ttp mengikut sumber sy ini di katakan kerana polisi itu sdr nilai nya tidak begitu tinggi dan kaedah pembayaran sistem insurans itu sendiri. Nilai simpanan pula; wpun boleh dikeluarkan dlm masa2 tertentu setelah dibenarkan, nilainya akan susut kembali. Spt yg sy faham di sini jika nilai yg dijanjikan simpanan boleh dikeluarkan dm masa 3 tahun bernilai 1.5k, maka setelah dikeluarkan nilai simpanan menjadi kosong kembali utk tahun keempat hingga tahun ke keenam. Begitulah selanjutnya hingga tamat polisi.


En YY; umur yg sama; polisi yg sama tp dgn sebuah kampeni Takaful di Msia.Maka; byrla En.YY setiap bulan 150rm. Jika dikatakan En.YY ni dlm masa 3 bulan je die ditakdirkan telah tiada di dunia ini.. maka kampeni takaful die akan byr perlindungan diri die penuh 100k. Jika dia tiada di sebab kan oleh kemalangan dan secara kebetulan rider yg die bwa adelah kemalangan diri bernilai 30k, maka waris die akan dpt additional 30k dari kampeni takaful ni. Simpanan sy kira tidak byk berbeza dari sistem insurans; dibenarkan mengambil simpanan setelah beberapa tempoh masa dipersetujui kedua belah pihak namun tidak boleh mengeluarkan semua; hny beberapa peratus.


Beza atr kedua2 sistem ini;

1. yg obvious ttg payment mengikut jumlah perlindungan diri yg dijanjikan. takaful = full, insurans = macam tipu je? haha!
2. sistem. takaful = islam, insurans = mat saleh
3. jumlah byrn yg x setara dgn perlindungan diri yg dijanjikan. Bawala punye byk rider; kalau x bole pakai semua x gune juge.


ape2 pun.. sy rase ade baiknye sebelum sain pape pasal polisi insurans or takaful yg kite nak beli; kite mestilah bace dulu buku polisi yg die bg tuh, ape x phm sile tny direct ngan salesperson tuh... kalau die x tau jawab, payah juge la. (dinasihatkan cari kampeni lain.. hahahhaa) sebab polisi yg kite sain kite boleh batalkan atau tukar bile2 mase dlm temph seminggu dari trkh perjanjian. Itu penting sebab ape polisi yg kite bawa yg akan melindungi kite dan keluarga. Pastikan ape yg kite nak ada pada polisi misalnya medical card dan sbgnya. Dan kene tahu juga limit2 perlindungan yg kite dah beli.

Kjdn ni telah mengakibatkan sorang mangsa mati dan 3 lagi cedera. Takziah kepada keluarga mngsa. Dikatakan 2 orang yg berada dlm kete kunig tuh sempat melarikan diri dr tempat kejadian.

Moral : Reverse too fast?? U might regret it later...

P/s: Bangunan pun satu; wpn orang x nampak bp kali kontraktor plaster (in this case cm x plaster langsong, dah la brick nye one layer je); kalau dah jadi cmni kan payah? Safety 1st.. nih duit 1st.. Pyh la gini... Renung2kan...

Diet Mengikut Jenis Darah

Diet untuk darah jenis A

Dr Peter J D´Adamo dalam bukunya menyarankan pemilik jenis darah A mengambil diet vegetarian dengan pengambilan makanan yang mengandungi lektin yang sedikit. Ini kerana jika kandungan lektin diambil dalam kuantiti yang banyak akan mengakibatkan masalah perut.

Katanya, mereka yang mempunyai darah jenis A menghasilkan kandungan lendir lebih banyak berbanding jenis darah lain. Keadaan ini menimbulkan risiko terhadap penyakit jenis alahan seperti asma, infeksi telinga dan gangguan pada saluran pernafasan.

Sumber makanan berasaskan haiwan seperti ikan dan ayam boleh diambil tetapi dalam kuantiti terbatas. Individu jenis darah ini juga dianjurkan mengambil susu yang sudah melalui proses penapaian seperti susu masam, krim tanpa lemak, keju alami, telur dari jenis organik atau ayam kampung (dalam jumlah terbatas), lemak (dalam jumlah terbatas), kekacang dan bijirin dan susu kacang soya. Individu darah jenis ini perlu mengambil sayur-sayuran dan buah-buahan dalam kuantiti yang banyak.

Diet untuk darah jenis B

Individu darah jenis B lebih fleksibel. Teori Dr Peter J D’Adamo menyarankan mereka menghindari makanan beku atau makanan dalam tin manakala sangat menganjurkan makanan berasaskan susu yang memiliki kandungan karbohidrat yang tinggi.

Diet golongan darah jenis AB

Pola makan pemilik golongan darah AB adalah gabungan antara pola makan golongan jenis A dan B. Penyakit yang berisiko dijangkiti adalah sinus, infeksi telinga, dan gangguan saluran pernafasan. Pengambilan jenis makanan yang dianjurkan adalah hidangan laut, semua jenis telur (kecuali telur itik), susu fermentasi (melalui proses penapaian), minyak zaitun, minyak kacang soya, minyak kacang tanah, kacang tanah, semua jenis sayuran kecuali jagung, taugeh dan cendawan dan semua jenis buah-buahan kecuali jeruk.

Diet untuk darah jenis O

Dr Peter J D’Adamo menyarankan pemilik darah jenis O lebih banyak mengambil makanan berprotein tinggi, mengikut diet rendah karbohidrat dengan pengambilan ikan atau daging (kecuali daging yang diolah) serta sayur-sayuran yang banyak, telur dan kacang namun menghindari produk susu dan gandum.

Tersasar Di Jalanmu dan ASK2009



Td Anugerah Skrin 2009 (ASK2009) baru je bes.. Wah, menang besar ye drama Tersasar Di Jalanmu. Sy kire mestila drama nye mantap sebab malam ni almost semua kategori TDJ yg sapu bersih punya~ (pujian ikhlas dari yg x menonton.. apekan daya RTM yg siarkan, jadi x mustahil la ramai yg x tengok.. mcm msy)... Hahahahahaha! Tahniah buat Erma Fatima... Sempat juge die bg paku buah keras kat Dato Farid td.. Kalau pembace perasan la.. die ade bg line camni 'terima kasih yg x terhingga pd RTM kerana sudi menyiarkan drama sy walaupun tiada nilai komersil tp atas dasar tanggungjawab sosial RTM sudi menyiarkan drama ini..' Hahahahahahahah! Memang sempoi je Erma bahasekan TV3... hehehehehehehe! Bagos Erma, keep up the good job~

Erma memang dah terkenal dgn hasil karya yg berkualiti.. Pengarah dan pelakon yg x perlu diperkenalkan lagi. Semua orang kenal... In fact, tym kecik2 dlu sy suke tgk Erma Fatima berlakon.. Filem xyah ckp; dah byk smp x tersebut. Skang nih wpun die dah x aktif berlakon; die bizi jadi Pengarah. Sy ingat lagi Embun yg jadik kontroversi dulu sbb waktu tuh ade adegan ape ntah yg buat orang x suke. Tp; pd pendapat sy.. tu isu sampingan je sbb waktu tuh orang lebih mempersoalkan kredibiliti Erma sbg pengarah filem. Almaklum la.. waktu tu (till now pun) x ramai pengarah dari kaum Hawa kat industri seni kita ni. Dan Erma plak baru berjinak2 nak mengarah filem. (ni xtau le fakta ke auta) Hahahahahaha! Tp ape pun; sy rase pendekatan Erma dlm bidang seni ini yg harus di nilai tinggi... Drama Erma bukan sampah.. bukan cam cerita hantu mengarut macam Puaka Niang Rapik yg merapik habis... Drama dan filem Erma ade cerita... Ada nilai seninya... Wpun kurang nilai komersilnya... Ini yg patut ada pada setiap penggiat seni di Msia. Bukan memikirkan keuntungan semata2, ttp macam mana seni dan hiburan itu dpt memberikan pelajaran pd sesiapa yg menghayatinya. Sebab Erma dan pementasan Natrah jugalah; baru sy tahu siape itu Natrah (seblum nih memang xtahu...) Ini yg membezakan Erma dari pengarah2 lain dan meletakkan Erma pd kelas tersendiri, Melalui hasil karyanya.

Seterusnya membuka kelemahan TV3 sbg stesen tv paling berpengaruh di Msia. Dari TV3 menyiarkan cerita2 dari Seberang yg langsung x logik, membuang masa dan sekadar hiburan semata2... kenapa tidak d terima karya2 spt ini utk di ketengah kan?? Rugi ke?? Kalau tgk tv seberang pun mereka xde langsung tayang drama2 kite; walhal sy kira drama2 rantaian mereka tu x tengok 2 bulan pun xpe.. still boleh folow sebab cerite merapu yg amat... dan still... Rakyat Msia suke... Ade permintaan, ada siaran... Lalu yg terpalit karyawan negara sdr... Hmphhh... Nak wat mcm mane? Mungkin cerita dari seberang tuh lagik murah kot? Tuh yg blk2 pegi tayang? Namun; terima kasih juga kat RTM sebab menyiarkan cerita yg berkualiti wpun sedikit bilangan penontonnya. Mungkin slps ini peminat2 drama melayu akan beralih cenel.. hehehehe~

Ap yg nak sy sampaikan di sini; seharusnya drama2 dan filem2 yg lebih berorientasikan tanggungjawab sosial di ketengahkan.. Bukan shj utk memberikan pelajaran kpd masyarakat muda masa kini yg mungkin tidak pernah tahu bhw wujudnya situasi2 yg digambarkan dlm filem atau drama; ttp juga peringatan kepada yg tua utk meng'pass' (menurunkan) cerita2 atau pun unsur teladan spy dpt di jadikan pedoman buat generasi muda. Inilah karya yg sebenarnya. Bukan krn keseronokan semata2.. bukan rating yg menjadi nilai ukuran kualiti cerita... bukan aksi2 panas tnp ada rasional di sbaliknya... bukan juga kutipan keuntungan memberikan nilai pd cerita. Semoga drama2 dan filem2 Melayu selepas ini tidak lagi tersasar dari halatuju yg sebenar. Semoga penggiat2 seni dpt menghargai kilauan intan dari kaca tidak berharga. Semoga ramai lagi karyawan spt Erma dpt dilahirkan dari industri kita yg kecil ini.

kete, saga blm ok.. wpun spt biase suspensio proton memang xle lawan kete import. kalau laju cket je, dok belakang mesti rase kene lambung. tp sgt ok utk sedan msia. xkan nak compare ngan honda city kot?? memang jauh la.. xyah honda city.. kia pun proton xle lawan bab suspension. over all; ok la utk kete bujang. (bajet dah kawin xnak pakai proton??)

kalau moto, free ride.. x mungkin la solek legend 110cc bile jadik kawa 250r kan? hahahhaha! laju2 bole laju... cilok kiri kanan tepi blkg depan, layan corner, kat hiway free nak bawak laju mane (kalau jalan x jem, kalau jem nak menyelit satu hal.. body besar), moto best, bawa sorang.. seronoook~ (ye ke? ari tuh try moto mmbe ade clutch memang sronok gak bwk.. cam bwk kete ade clutch.. ade power)
keburukan : mentenen tinggi, minyak makan ati, byr sparuh mati. plg buruk : xde bumbung...huaaaaaa!!! kalau ujan abis laa...
